Adjustable Map Handbrake

While driving, I've often thought it would be nice to be able to hand-brake to slightly move the brake bias rearward on entry for better rotation. However, I still wanted to be able to rip the handbrake and lock the rear wheels if need be. So I came up with this, where you can adjust the progression of force-applied in relation to force-in.

4-Rotor

For the longest time I've had a fascination with rotaries, so I decided I'd try my hand at CAD-ing one. Still a work in progress, it's equipped with barrel style ITBs and peripheral and street porting.

Plywood Sim

I've often wanted a nice setup for my sim, something that would give me a more formula-style seating position. I had the idea to design something that can be made easily from plywood and flat-packed if I ever move.

Porsche Headers

At the fab shop where I worked, we had a client who did 4.1L strokers on GT4s. The original design was an unequal length header with unoptimized runner length. I was tasked with making jigs for consistent cutting and welding. I also pushed to redesign the head for equal length runners and optimized length for the target powerband, improving the engine output by 7hp.

Lower Control Arms

For my EGME421 Machine Design course we were tasked with running a stress and fatigue simulation on a part. I selected the aftermarket control arms I have on my car.
