SolidWorks Design
This design started as a class assignment: Design anything you want, use all the SolidWorks features covered in class, have at least 7 parts in the assembly of which 3 are moving. I decided to go above and beyond with about 2000 moving parts and 6000+ total parts in my “vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) craft.” I also used advanced features I investigated myself, like split, that made the design process much more efficient. I ended up spending over 100 hours working on this but I enjoyed (almost) every minute of it.
